Śrāddhadeva Manu’s Sons: Pṛṣadhra’s Curse and Renunciation; Genealogies of Nariṣyanta and Diṣṭa

This verse says Manu worshiped Lord Hari with the desire for offspring, and by the Lord’s grace he received ten sons—showing that sincere devotion and divine sanction are central to blessings like progeny.
In the narrative of dynasties, Manu’s worship of Hari establishes that even royal lineages and their continuity depend on the Supreme Lord’s mercy, not merely human effort.
Offer one’s goals to the Lord through prayer and worship, recognizing results as grace; pursue responsibilities (like family life) with dharma, humility, and dependence on the Divine.
