FAQs

It teaches that through true knowledge and inner discernment, one perceives all existence as Brahman and thus becomes peaceful, no longer disturbed by duality.

In the Uddhava Gītā, Kṛṣṇa gives concluding instructions before His departure, guiding Uddhava toward liberation by steady realization of the Self and freedom from doubt.

Practice discrimination and remembrance of the Self—responding to people and events with spiritual vision—so reactions lessen and the mind settles into clarity and devotion.
