न स्तुवीत न निन्देत कुर्वत: साध्वसाधु वा । वदतो गुणदोषाभ्यां वर्जित: समदृङ्मुनि: ॥ १६ ॥
na stuvīta na nindeta kurvataḥ sādhv asādhu vā vadato guṇa-doṣābhyāṁ varjitaḥ sama-dṛṅ muniḥ
El sabio santo, de visión ecuánime, no se deja afectar por lo bueno o lo malo del mundo. Aunque vea a otros obrar bien o mal y hablar correcta o incorrectamente, no alaba ni censura a nadie.
