It says that after their relatives departed, the Vṛṣṇis—devoted to Kṛṣṇa as their Lord—left again for Dvārakā because the rainy season was approaching.
The Vṛṣṇis are called kṛṣṇa-devatāḥ, meaning those who accept Kṛṣṇa as their worshipable Deity and central Lord.
Plan responsibly according to time and circumstance, while keeping devotion to the Lord as the guiding center—like the Vṛṣṇis who act thoughtfully yet remain Kṛṣṇa-focused.
