Kurukṣetra Pilgrimage: Sages Praise Kṛṣṇa; Vasudeva Inquires on Karma; Viṣṇu-yajña Performed
This verse shows Nanda and the gopas being received with abundant worship, highlighting the Bhagavatam’s emphasis on honoring devotees through sincere hospitality and respect.
Because Krishna is described as bandhu-vatsala—deeply affectionate to His relatives—so He remained with Balarama, Ugrasena, and the Yadu elders to reciprocate family bonds and dharma.
Maintain loving responsibility toward family while keeping devotion central—offer time, care, and respect without selfishness, as Krishna models affectionate duty grounded in dharma.
