It describes Vasudeva embracing his loved ones and becoming overwhelmed with affection while recalling the hardships caused by Kaṁsa and how his child was entrusted for safety in Gokula.
Because Kaṁsa’s persecution created intense suffering for Vasudeva’s family, and Gokula represents the crucial act of protecting the child by placing him in the care of the Vraja community.
It highlights gratitude and emotional honesty: remembering past difficulties can deepen appreciation for protection received and strengthen loving bonds rooted in sacrifice and care.
