Garga Muni Names Kṛṣṇa and Balarāma; the Butter-Thief Pastimes; Yaśodā Sees the Universe in Kṛṣṇa’s Mouth
This verse shows Yaśodā holding Kṛṣṇa’s hand and scolding Him as a loving guardian—her reprimand is an expression of protective, parental devotion (vātsalya-bhakti).
Although she intended to correct Him, she had become frightened and unsettled by what she had just witnessed (the astonishing revelation connected with Kṛṣṇa), so her eyes trembled as she spoke.
Care for loved ones with genuine goodwill—correcting when needed, but without malice—remembering that true guidance is rooted in affection and responsibility.
