Kṛṣṇa Arrives at Kuṇḍina and Abducts Rukmiṇī
Rukmiṇī-haraṇa Prelude
This verse describes auspicious bodily throbbing (left thigh, arm, and eye) occurring as Rukmini waits for Govinda, indicating hopeful, favorable divine intervention in Krishna-lila.
In this chapter Rukmini has resolved to accept Krishna alone as her husband, and she waits anxiously for Him to come and take her away, trusting in His protection.
Rukmini’s steady, prayerful anticipation teaches perseverance in bhakti—maintaining faith and remembrance of Krishna even when outcomes are not yet visible.
