Uddhava Sent to Vraja: Consolation to Nanda-Yaśodā and the Gopīs’ Separation
यस्मिन् जन: प्राणवियोगकाले क्षणं समावेश्य मनोऽविशुद्धम् । निर्हृत्य कर्माशयमाशु याति परां गतिं ब्रह्ममयोऽर्कवर्ण: ॥ ३२ ॥ तस्मिन् भवन्तावखिलात्महेतौ नारायणे कारणमर्त्यमूर्तौ । भावं विधत्तां नितरां महात्मन् किं वावशिष्टं युवयो: सुकृत्यम् ॥ ३३ ॥
yasmin janaḥ prāṇa-viyoga-kāle kṣanaṁ samāveśya mano ’viśuddham nirhṛtya karmāśayam āśu yāti parāṁ gatiṁ brahma-mayo ’rka-varṇaḥ
Quien, en el instante de la muerte, aunque sea por un momento, fija su mente en Él—Brahman hecho Persona, resplandeciente como el sol—consume toda huella de reacciones kármicas y alcanza de inmediato la meta suprema en una forma espiritual pura. Vosotros dos habéis rendido un servicio amoroso excepcional a Nārāyaṇa, el Alma de todos y causa de toda existencia, que aun siendo el origen de todo asume forma humana; ¿qué mérito piadoso podría faltaros todavía?
