The Killing of Keśī and Vyomāsura; Nārada’s Prophetic Praise of Kṛṣṇa
कृष्ण कृष्णाप्रमेयात्मन् योगेश जगदीश्वर । वासुदेवाखिलावास सात्वतां प्रवर प्रभो ॥ १० ॥ त्वमात्मा सर्वभूतानामेको ज्योतिरिवैधसाम् । गूढो गुहाशय: साक्षी महापुरुष ईश्वर: ॥ ११ ॥
kṛṣṇa kṛṣṇāprameyātman yogeśa jagad-īśvara vāsudevākhilāvāsa sātvatāṁ pravara prabho
[Narada Muni dijo:] ¡Oh Krishna, Krishna, Señor ilimitado, fuente de todo poder místico, Señor del universo! ¡Oh Vasudeva, refugio de todos los seres y el mejor de los Yadus! ¡Oh maestro, Tú eres el Alma Suprema de todos los seres creados, sentado invisible dentro de la cueva del corazón como el fuego latente dentro de la leña. This verse directly addresses Kṛṣṇa as “jagadīśvara,” affirming that the cowherd boy of Vraja is also the supreme ruler of the cosmos.
They praise Him with His divine name “Vāsudeva,” recognizing Him as the all-pervading shelter of everything, even while He appears intimately among them in Vraja.
It nurtures steadiness in devotion: in fear or uncertainty, one can remember the Lord as the ultimate refuge and offer prayers with trust rather than panic.
