बल: प्रविश्य बाहुभ्यां तालान् सम्परिकम्पयन् । फलानि पातयामास मतङ्गज इवौजसा ॥ २८ ॥
balaḥ praviśya bāhubhyāṁ tālān samparikampayan phalāni pātayām āsa mataṅ-gaja ivaujasā
El Señor Balarāma entró primero en el bosque de Tāla. Luego, con ambos brazos, sacudió con fuerza las palmeras como un elefante enloquecido, haciendo caer los frutos al suelo.
