The Future Manus and the Avatāras in Their Manvantaras
Ṛṣabha is described as bhagavat-kalā—an empowered portion/expansion of the Supreme Lord—who will appear as the son of Ayuṣmān and Ambudhārā to protect and uplift the three worlds.
He is outlining the succession of Manus and the Lord’s arrangements for maintaining dharma across cosmic time, showing how divine empowerment appears through specific persons to protect the worlds.
Prosperity and stability arise when leadership aligns with dharma; the verse encourages honoring divine order and supporting righteous governance that protects and nourishes society.
