They are Gālava, Dīptimān, Rāma, Droṇa’s son (Aśvatthāmā), Kṛpa, Ṛṣyaśṛṅga, and the divine sage Bādarāyaṇa (Vyāsa), who will serve as the seven sages in that Manvantara.
In the Manvantara accounts, Śukadeva explains who will uphold dharma in each era; naming the Saptarishis shows the divine administration of time and the continuity of Vedic guidance.
Seek guidance from authentic spiritual lineages and disciplined practice—real transformation comes from steady sādhana and inner strength (“by their own yoga”), not from temporary trends.
