अमावास्या। यत् ते देवा अकृण्वन् भागधेयममावास्ये संवसन्तो महित्वा। तेना नो यज्ञं पिपृहि विश्ववारे रयिं नो धेहि सुभगे सुवीरम्

IAST Transliteration

amāvāsyā́ | yát te devā́ akṛṇvan bhāgadhéyam amāvā́sye saṁvásanto mahitvā́ | ténā no yajñám pipṛhi viśvavāre rayím no dhehi subhage suvī́ram ||

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

New-moon. What share the Gods established for thee at new-moon, abiding together in thy majesty—therewith make full our sacrifice, O all-boon-giving; set for us wealth, O fortunate one, rich in goodly sons and men.

Luna nueva. La porción que los dioses te establecieron en la luna nueva, permaneciendo juntos en tu majestad—con ella colma nuestro sacrificio, oh dadora de todos los dones; concédenos riqueza, oh afortunada, rica en buenos hijos y en hombres valerosos.
