Sukta 11
सत्रासाहं वरेण्यं सहोदां ससवांसं स्वरपश्च देवीः । ससान यः पृथिवीं द्यामुतेमामिन्द्रं मदन्त्यनु धीरणासः
satrāsā́haṃ váreṇyaṃ sahodā́ṃ sasavā́ṃsaṃ svàr-apaś ca devī́ḥ | sasā́na yáḥ pṛthivī́ṃ dyā́m utémā́m índraṃ madanty ánu dhī́rāṇāsaḥ ||
The ever-conquering, choice-worthy, might-bestowing, victorious, heaven-bright—him the divine powers (goddesses) [attend]; he who hath won the Earth and Heaven and this (realm besides): Indra the steadfast, following (their rite), exhilarate with praise.
Al siempre vencedor, digno de elección, dador de fuerza, victorioso, brillante como el cielo — a él lo acompañan los Poderes divinos (Devī). Aquel que ha ganado la Tierra, el Cielo y también este (ámbito): a Indra, el firme, siguiendo el rito, los sabios lo exaltan y lo embriagan con alabanza.
