Sukta 4
यथा यमाय हर्म्यमवपन् पञ्च मानवाः । एवा वपामि हर्म्यं यथा मे भूरयोऽसत
yáthā yamā́ya harmyám avápan páñca mānavā́ḥ | evā́ vapāmi harmyáṃ yáthā me bhūráyo ’sát ||
As for Yama a mansion the five sons of Manu built down, even so build I a mansion—so that for me there may be abundance.
Así como para Yama los cinco hijos de Manu construyeron abajo, en la tierra, una mansión (harmya), así también yo construyo una mansión, para que haya para mí abundancia.
Rishi: Atharvanic funerary seer-tradition (variable).
Devata: Yama (as recipient/overseer); secondarily prosperity/abundance as desired outcome.
Chandas: Anuṣṭubh (two pādas; compact domestic-ritual style).
{"primary_rasa":"shanta","secondary_rasa":"vira","emotional_arc":"From duty-bound sobriety to confident expectation of abundance.","listener_experience":"A sense of competence and completion; steadiness through tradition.","intensity":4}
