तेषामभावे तदभावः छिन्नपक्षस्येव राज्ञश्चेष्टानाशश्च ॥ कZ_०८.१.०९ ॥
Transliteration
teṣām abhāve tadabhāvaḥ chinnapakṣasyeva rājñaś ceṣṭānāśaś ca
Translation
En su ausencia, esas funciones faltan; y la capacidad de actuar del rey queda destruida, como la de un ave con las alas cortadas.
