sattriṇo dvandvinastīrthasabhāpūgajanasamavāyeṣu vivādaṃ kuryuḥ

Translation

Los informantes residentes y los operativos en pareja deben provocar disputas en lugares públicos: en oficinas administrativas, asambleas, gremios y reuniones multitudinarias.
