समहीनविशिष्टानामित्युक्ताः संधिविक्रमाः ॥ कZ_०७.८.३४च्द् ॥
Transliteration
samahīnaviśiṣṭānām ity uktāḥ saṃdhivikramāḥ.
Translation
Así se describen la paz (saṃdhi) y la iniciativa/el ataque (vikrama) con referencia a quienes son iguales, inferiores o superiores (en posición/poder).
