Transliteration

saṃdhivigrahayor āsanaṃ yānaṃ ca vyākhyātam

Translation

Entre la paz (tratado) y la hostilidad (guerra), se explican como opciones de política el “permanecer quieto” (āsana) y la “marcha/expedición” (yāna).
