दुष्टपौरजानपदो वा न्यायवृत्तिरन्यां भूमिं याचेत ॥ कZ_०७.१५.२४ ॥
Transliteration
duṣṭa-paurajānapado vā nyāya-vṛttir anyāṃ bhūmiṃ yāceta
Translation
Si la población urbana y rural es corrupta u hostil, entonces quien esté comprometido con la conducta conforme a la ley debe solicitar otro territorio (para residir o gobernar).
