Transliteration
tena kūṭaśrāvaṇakārakā vyākhyātāḥ
Translation
Por este (procedimiento y pena), también quedan comprendidos quienes fabrican “haber oído” (es decir, informes/afirmaciones inventadas de que lo oyeron).
