सप्तरात्रस्यान्तर्मृते शुद्धवधः पक्षस्यान्तरुत्तमः मासस्यान्तः पञ्चशतः समुत्थानव्ययश्च ॥ कZ_०४.११.०२ ॥

Transliteration

saptarātrasyāntarmṛte śuddhavadhaḥ pakṣasyāntaruttamaḥ māsasyāntaḥ pañcaśataḥ samutthānavyayaś ca

Translation

Si la muerte ocurre dentro de siete noches (desde la lesión), se considera homicidio manifiesto (castigado con la muerte). Si la muerte ocurre dentro de una quincena, se aplica la multa más alta. Si la muerte ocurre dentro de un mes, se impone una multa de quinientos, y también se debe compensación por el tratamiento médico y los gastos relacionados.
