कूटमुद्रायां पूर्वः साहसदण्डः तिरोजनपदस्योत्तमः ॥ कZ_०२.३४.०४ ॥
Transliteration
kūṭamudrāyāṃ pūrvaḥ sāhasadaṇḍaḥ tirojanapadasyottamaḥ
Translation
Por falsificar el (sello) real, la pena es la multa sāhasa indicada anteriormente; pero para quien falsifique un sello con el fin de entrar o transitar por otro país (bajo autoridad falsa), debe imponerse la pena máxima.
