Akhaṇḍa-Ekādaśī Vrata and the Vaiṣṇava Protective Hymn; Prelude to the Kātyāyanī–Mahiṣāsura Narrative
एतानि ते मयोक्तानि व्रतान्युक्तानि कामिभिः प्रक्ष्याम्यधुना त्वेतद्वैष्णवं पञ्जरं शुभम्
etāni te mayoktāni vratānyuktāni kāmibhiḥ prakṣyāmyadhunā tvetadvaiṣṇavaṃ pañjaraṃ śubham
These vows (vratas) have been declared to you by me, as enjoined for those who seek their desired aims. Now I shall teach you this auspicious Vaiṣṇava “pañjara” (protective enclosure-prayer).
