Here, for living beings, the attainment of the fruits of all rightful desires ever arises. Therefore, beings should diligently perform, in proper order, acts such as charity and, above all, the worship and honoring of brāhmaṇas—most especially when husband and wife do so together.
Brahmā (deduced; Vaiṣṇavakhaṇḍa discourse style)
Tirtha: Ayodhyā-kṣetra
Type: kshetra
Scene: A husband and wife in pilgrim attire offer gifts and respectfully worship brāhmaṇas—washing feet, offering seats, food, cloth—within Ayodhyā’s sacred precinct; the atmosphere suggests orderly ritual sequence (krama).
Ayodhyā amplifies dharmic effort so that rightful aims bear fruit, especially through charity and honoring the righteous.
Ayodhyā is presented as a wish-fulfilling sacred kṣetra when approached through Dharma.
Perform dāna and related rites, with special emphasis on vipra-pūjā, ideally undertaken by husband and wife together.
