Transliteration

masūrikādirogebhyaḥ śiśūnāṃ na bhayaṃ bhavet | visphoṭakādirogebhyo na bhayaṃ jāyate kvacit

Translation

For children there will be no fear from diseases such as masūrikā, nor will fear ever arise from eruptive ailments such as visphoṭaka.
