Dakṣa
Listener: mahābhāgāḥ (assembled ritual participants)
Scene: Dakṣa, as a ritual authority, speaks with composed certainty to assembled ‘mahābhāgāḥ’, affirming the inviolable strength born of Vedic mantras.

No holy site is named in this verse.
It affirms the principle that Veda-born ritual power is not easily altered; it implies careful initiation and oversight of mantra rites.
