Transliteration

purasya tasya rakṣārthaṃ tathā tatpuravāsinām | sarveṣāṃ brāhmaṇeṃdrāṇāṃ bhaktyā bhāvitacetasām

Translation

For the protection of that city and likewise of its residents—especially of all the foremost Brāhmaṇas whose minds are refined and shaped by devotion—she stands established there.
