सांप्रतं तत्फलं वच्मि तस्मिन्दृष्टे तु दानजम् । यत्फलं जायते नॄणां चक्रवर्तित्व संभवम्

Transliteration

sāṃprataṃ tatphalaṃ vacmi tasmindṛṣṭe tu dānajam | yatphalaṃ jāyate nṝṇāṃ cakravartitva saṃbhavam

Translation

Now I shall declare its fruit: the merit born of giving after one has beheld that holy place. From that merit there arises for people the possibility of attaining the status of a cakravartin, a universal sovereign.
