Skanda Purana — Nagara Khanda, Shloka 5

ततस्तु नियमं कुर्याद्वासुदेवपरायणः । पूर्वोक्तानां च सर्वेषां नियमानां द्विजोत्तमाः

tatastu niyamaṃ kuryādvāsudevaparāyaṇaḥ | pūrvoktānāṃ ca sarveṣāṃ niyamānāṃ dvijottamāḥ

Then, devoted to Vāsudeva, one should undertake that discipline—O best of the twice-born—together with all the observances that have been stated earlier.
