ततस्तुष्टो महादेवः पितामहमिदं वचः । प्रोवाच वासुदेवं च विनयावनतं स्थितम्
tatastuṣṭo mahādevaḥ pitāmahamidaṃ vacaḥ | provāca vāsudevaṃ ca vinayāvanataṃ sthitam
Then Mahādeva, being pleased, spoke these words to Pitāmaha (Brahmā), and also to Vāsudeva (Viṣṇu), who stood bowed in humility.
