ततोपि न तदुत्साहभंगोभूद्दृढचेतसः । मध्ये मार्गं मृतस्यापि गुरोरिव गतिर्मम
tatopi na tadutsāhabhaṃgobhūddṛḍhacetasaḥ | madhye mārgaṃ mṛtasyāpi guroriva gatirmama
Even then, the steadfast one’s enthusiasm did not break. For me, his course was like that of a teacher—even though he had died—guiding the way in the very midst of the journey.
