अत्याहितं तदस्तीह तदागोद्वयदर्शनात् । पितुः कोपोपि सुश्लाघ्यो मयि नो ब्राह्मणस्य तु
atyāhitaṃ tadastīha tadāgodvayadarśanāt | pituḥ kopopi suślāghyo mayi no brāhmaṇasya tu
“There is grave danger in this matter—I know it from that sign, the sight of the pair of cows. Even my father’s anger would be bearable; but not the wrath of a brāhmaṇa toward me.”
