It teaches that true spiritual authority and realization arise from being permeated by Parameśvara and upheld by His Śakti—liberation is not mere self-effort but grace-supported transformation of the soul toward Shiva-nature.
Being “marked with the Lord’s signs” points to identifiable Shaiva orientation—devotion to Saguna Shiva through Linga-worship and Shaiva emblems that express inner alignment with Parameśvara sustained by Śakti.
Adopt Shaiva discipline that reflects Shiva’s “marks”: steady japa of the Panchākṣarī (Om Namaḥ Śivāya), meditation on Shiva with Śakti, and outward Shaiva identifiers such as bhasma (tripuṇḍra) and rudrākṣa when prescribed by one’s tradition.
