This verse highlights anugraha (divine grace): when devotion and virtue are recognized, the Divine Mother (Śakti) bestows rare blessings, showing that upliftment in the world and on the spiritual path ultimately flows from higher grace.
Within Shaiva Siddhanta, Śiva and Śakti act inseparably; the Mother’s boon-giving here reflects the compassionate, saguna (grace-bestowing) dimension of the Supreme, supporting devotees who approach Śiva through embodied forms, rites, and devotion.
The direct takeaway is cultivating purity and devotion to receive grace; a Shaiva-aligned practice would be regular japa of the Panchakshara mantra (Om Namaḥ Śivāya) with reverence to Śiva-Śakti, alongside sattvic conduct.
