नभग उवाच । इदं तवेश सर्वं हि वस्तु त्रिभुवने हि यत् । इत्याह मे पिता नूनं किमुताध्वरशेषितम्
nabhaga uvāca | idaṃ taveśa sarvaṃ hi vastu tribhuvane hi yat | ityāha me pitā nūnaṃ kimutādhvaraśeṣitam
Nabhāga said: “O Lord, indeed all that exists in the three worlds is Yours. This is what my father has surely told me—so what need is there to speak of what remains after a sacrifice?”
Nabhaga
Tattva Level: pati
Shiva Form: Sadāśiva
Mantra: idaṃ taveśa sarvaṃ hi vastu tribhuvane hi yat
Type: stotra
It affirms Śiva as Pati—the absolute Lord to whom all in the three worlds belongs—so the devotee’s highest stance is surrender (śaraṇāgati), not possessiveness over ritual gains.
By declaring everything as Śiva’s, it supports Saguna worship where the devotee offers all results—ritual, merit, and possessions—at Śiva’s feet (often symbolized through Linga-pūjā and complete offering of fruits).
Practice inner offering: mentally dedicate the fruits of yajña, japa, and daily actions to Śiva—especially through Panchākṣarī japa (“Om Namaḥ Śivāya”) with a spirit of renunciation of ‘my share’.
