Hearing his words, the three gods replied: “O lord among sages, just as your resolve was formed, so indeed it has come to pass.”
The three gods (surās trayaḥ)—commonly understood as Brahmā, Viṣṇu, and Rudra
Tattva Level: pati
Shiva Form: Sadāśiva
It highlights saṅkalpa (sacred resolve) becoming effective when aligned with divine order—ultimately governed by Pati (Lord Shiva). In Shaiva understanding, right intention supported by devotion bears fruit without obstruction.
The verse supports the idea that worship with firm saṅkalpa—especially toward Saguna Shiva in the form of the Linga—stabilizes the mind and brings grace; the devas’ confirmation reflects how divine powers cooperate when devotion is steady.
Make a clear saṅkalpa before Linga-pūjā, then repeat the Panchākṣarī mantra “Om Namaḥ Śivāya” with steady attention; optionally support it with Tripuṇḍra (bhasma) and Rudrākṣa to sustain focus and vow.
