वीरभद्र-भैरव-आह्वानम् — Invocation of Vīrabhadra/Bhairava for Cosmic Reabsorption
द्यावापृथिव्या इन्द्राग्नेर्यमस्य वरुणस्य च । ध्वान्तोदरे शशांके च जनित्वा परमेश्वरः
dyāvāpṛthivyā indrāgneryamasya varuṇasya ca | dhvāntodare śaśāṃke ca janitvā parameśvaraḥ
The Supreme Lord (Parameśvara) manifested Himself as Dyāvā and Pṛthivī (heaven and earth), as Indra and Agni, as Yama and Varuṇa; and He was also born within the womb of darkness and in the moon—thus revealing His all-pervading forms.

The verse supports Saguna worship by affirming Shiva’s manifest forms pervading the cosmos; Linga worship gathers these many forms into one symbol, guiding the mind from multiplicity toward the one Parameśvara beyond form.
Meditate on Shiva as the indwelling reality in all powers while repeating the Panchakshara (Om Namaḥ Śivāya); offer Tripuṇḍra bhasma and/or Rudrākṣa as reminders of renunciation and one-pointed devotion.
