शिवस्तुतिवर्णनम् (Śiva-stuti-varṇanam) — “Description of Hymns in Praise of Śiva”

विश्वदेवमनाद्यंतं षट्त्रिंशत्कमनीश्वरम् । प्रवर्तकं च सर्वेषां त्वां नमामि च सर्वतः

viśvadevamanādyaṃtaṃ ṣaṭtriṃśatkamanīśvaram | pravartakaṃ ca sarveṣāṃ tvāṃ namāmi ca sarvataḥ

I bow to You—God of the universe—without beginning and without end; the Lord who manifests as the host of the thirty-six tattvas, yet who has no higher ruler above Himself. You are the impeller and the initiator of all; from every side and in every way I offer You my obeisance.
