परिवार्याखिलान्देवान्गणांश्च मुनिभिर्यथा । दक्षस्समानयामास गृहाभ्यंतरतश्शिवम्

parivāryākhilāndevāngaṇāṃśca munibhiryathā | dakṣassamānayāmāsa gṛhābhyaṃtarataśśivam

Having duly gathered all the gods, the attendant hosts, and the sages, Dakṣa then conducted Śiva into the inner precincts of his house, in the manner befitting great seers—though Śiva, the Lord (Pati), remains ever beyond all worldly honor and dishonor.
