अथवाहंशरैस्तीक्ष्णैर्भिन्नगात्रंमहाहवे ।भवद्भिःश्वोनिहन्तास्मिरामंलोकस्यपश्यतः ।।।।

Transliteration

sa saṅgrāmo mahābhīmaḥ sūryasyodayanaṃ prati |

rakṣasāṃ vānarāṇāṃ ca tumulaḥ samapadyata ||

Translation

At sunrise, that battle between rākṣasas and vānaras became exceedingly dreadful and tumultuous.
