In that great battle, the rākṣasas at one moment saw a thousand Rāmas in the field, and then again they saw only one Kakutstha.
In the battle those Rakshasas could see a thousand Ramas at one place and again one Rama alone at another place
When truth (satya) stands firm, deception rebounds on the unrighteous: their minds fragment, and they cannot grasp reality clearly.
Under the battle’s supernatural confusion (linked to Rāma’s weaponry and speed), the rākṣasas perceive multiple forms of Rāma and then only one.
Ekāgratā (single-pointed resolve): despite appearing as many to the deluded enemy, Rāma remains one—steady in purpose and presence.
