O Vānaras, only this much remains for you now—to win here. All the rākṣasas, intoxicated with the pride of strength, have been slain when they came into close combat with you.
"O Vanaras! Left over Rakshasas only to be conquered now. Rakshasas, who were proud of their might have been killed on meeting you."
Perseverance in righteous duty: the army is urged to complete the remaining task without arrogance, recognizing that pride in brute strength (bala-darpa) leads to downfall.
In the midst of the Laṅkā war, Vibhīṣaṇa encourages the vānaras, noting that the proud rākṣasa forces have already been cut down and only the final effort remains.
Steadfast courage and disciplined resolve—finishing what dharma requires, rather than being distracted by fear or fatigue.
