O Vibhīṣaṇa, lord of the Rākṣasas, what you have spoken I wish to hear again. Speak once more what you intend to convey.

"O Lord of Rakshasas, Vibheeshana! I wish to hear the words spoken by you. You may repeat that which you wanted to convey. I wish to hear."

Dharma in leadership includes careful listening and seeking clarity before action—truth is served by verification, not haste.

Rāma asks Vibhīṣaṇa to repeat and clarify his counsel/information, ensuring the next step in battle is grounded in accurate understanding.

Prudence and respect for truthful counsel—Rāma models attentive, responsible command.
