इन्द्रजित्-हनूमद्-युद्धं तथा निकुम्भिलायां होमः (Indrajit vs Hanuman; Indrajit’s Nikumbhila rite)
ततःप्रेक्ष्यहनूमन्तंव्रजन्तंयत्रराघवः ।।।।स होतुकामोदुष्टात्मागतश्चैत्यंनिकुम्भिलाम् ।
evam uktāḥ susaṅkruddhā vāyuputreṇa dhīmatā | śailaśṛṅgān drumāṃś caiva jagṛhuḥ hṛṣṭamānasāḥ ||
Thus addressed by the wise son of the Wind-god, the Vānaras—fiercely enraged and heartened—joyfully seized mountain-peaks and trees as weapons.
Thereafter, observing Hanuman going to Raghava, the evil minded Indrajith went to Nikumbhilam desiring to offer oblations at the sanctuary.
Right counsel restores right action: when guided by a wise leader, a discouraged community returns to its duty with renewed strength.
After Hanuman’s rebuke and instruction, the Vanara army regains morale and arms itself with improvised weapons.
