Shloka 6.80.27
इन्द्रजितो यज्ञानुष्ठानं अन्तर्धानं च (Indrajit’s Rite and the Invisible Assault)
घनान्धकारेतिमिरेशरावर्षमिवाद्भुतम् ।स ववर्षमहाबाहुर्नाराचशरवृष्टिभिः ।।।।
ghanāndhakāre timire śarā-varṣam ivādbhutam | sa vavarṣa mahā-bāhur nārāca-śara-vṛṣṭibhiḥ || 6.80.27 ||
In that thick, cloud-like darkness, the mighty-armed one poured down a wondrous rain of missiles—showers of nārāca arrows.
The mighty armed Indrajith showered rocks and hails of steel arrows in that pitch darkness like the darkness of clouds.
The verse underscores how adharma amplifies harm through confusion and concealment; dharma calls for courage that does not collapse under fear-inducing conditions.
With the battlefield darkened, Indrajit intensifies the assault by raining down heavy volleys of nārāca arrows.
For those attacked, kṣānti and dhairya—patient endurance and steadiness amid terror and uncertainty.
