तस्यसुस्रावरुधिरंपिहितेचास्यलोचने ।अङ्गदःपाणिनानेत्रेपिधायरुधिरोक्षिते ।।।।सालमासन्नमेकेनपरिजग्राहपाणिवा ।

Transliteration

tasya susrāva rudhiraṃ pihite cāsya locane |

aṅgadaḥ pāṇinā netre pidhāya rudhirokṣite ||

sālam āsannam ekena parijagrāha pāṇinā ||

Translation

Blood streamed forth, and his eyes were covered over. Angada, his eyes drenched in blood, covered them with one hand and with the other seized a shala tree close by.
