लङ्कादाह-प्रचोदनं तथा वानर-राक्षस-समरारम्भः (The Burning of Lanka and the Outbreak of Battle)

ततोरामशरान् दृष्टवाविमानेषुगृहेषु च ।सन्नाहोराक्षसेन्द्राणांतुमुलस्समपद्यत ।।।।

tato rāmaśarān dṛṣṭvā vimāneṣu gṛheṣu ca |

sannāho rākṣasendrāṇāṃ tumulas samapadyata ||

Then, seeing Rāma’s arrows lodged in their palaces and houses, a tumultuous war-preparation arose among the Rākṣasa chiefs.

Seeing Rama's arrows on the highrise mansions and houses, the Rakshasa leaders started preparing for comb at out of fear.
