When the two were struck down at the very front of battle, the army of the foremost Vanaras fell into confusion; even Sugrīva, Nīla, Aṅgada, and Jāmbavān could not determine what should be done.

The two brothers (Rama and Lakshmana) become unconscious in the forefront of the battle; the monkey leaders lose senses. Sugriva, Neela, Angada and Jambavantha did not know What to do.

Dharma in leadership is tested in crisis: confusion is natural, but duty requires regaining clarity to protect the righteous cause.

With Rāma and Lakṣmaṇa incapacitated, the Vanara leadership momentarily loses direction at the battlefield front.

Responsible leadership under pressure—shown here by its temporary absence, setting up the need for counsel and decisive action.
